Collins Doxies treats every puppy like they are the only puppy in the whole wide world. All of our dogs
are socialized with our family. Our children work with the dogs/puppies along with us. We believe
that helps the puppies when they go to their new home. Our mom's are feed dry puppy food once the
puppies are delivered, we supplement mom's food with canned puppy food. This gives them the little
bit extra they need to be good mommies. If at anytime during their stay with our family, a puppy shows
sign of a medical problem, they are immediate taken to the vet. Each puppy is given worm medicine
and their first immunizations.
Collins Doxies strives to raise happy healthy puppies but we can not guarantee the health of the
puppy once it leaves our premises and is exposed to elements beyond our control. Therefore,
You have 48 hours upon receipt of the puppy to take it to a veterinarian. After 48 hours,
Collins Doxies is not responsible for any health issues not report to us within this time
period. These is for your protection and the protection of your new family member and also ours.
If the veterinarian finds a hereditary defect in the puppy we will exchange it for another puppy. The
owner must supply written documentation by the veterinarian of this defect. Collins Doxies has the
authority to contact the veterinarian to discuss this defect and/or have the puppy examined by our
veterinarian at our expense. Collins Doxies will not reimburse the owner any cost associated with any
veterinarian visits. If you do not take the puppy to the vet within this the time frame, the puppy is then
considered healthy and no further guarantees will be offered.
We also ask that at anytime during the life of your puppy, they experience a major illness, you will
contact Collins Doxies. We will promise you that if we have been contacted by an owner of a puppy
with a major illness from the same litter as your puppy, we will contact you with this information. Our
main concern is the health and welfare of our puppies.
Collins Doxies will not accept a return or exchange a puppy except for a serious hereditary medical
problem that is within the guaranteed time frame.
Except where noted above, Collins Doxies does not give any further warranty and accepts no
responsibility with respect to the puppy once it is sold.
By purchasing a puppy from Collins Doxies you are accepting the terms and conditions of our health
guarantee.
